David and his team were very helpful in helping us select a portable ramp for a unique use case operating programming out of a shipping container. They were very quick and responsive and went out of their way to help us navigate the ramp set-up as well as a warranty claim when one component arrived damaged from manufacturer. He measured the site, explained how he could build the ramp into the existing deck and gave me a quote. Within just over a week the ramp was installed. Truly professional work and follow-up by David Elias and his staff. David installed a lift at my mother’s home in Toronto and he kept us informed about every detail along the way. When needed, he provided thoughtful ideas and presented options. He returned phone calls, texts and emails promptly and was very aware of the needs of people who require home modifications. After spending weeks dealing with another large mobility/accessibility specialist I could not get quotes in a timely manner nor could I get any indication of install dates. We rented temporary wheelchair ramps from Mobility Specialists on 2 occasions. The 1st time, we rented with only 48 hours notice and we were very pleased that Mobility Specialists were able to fulfill our requirement on such a short lead time. On both occasions the temporary wheelchair ramps were very professionally installed, insuring that all safety requirements were met.
